Another week gone by...

Another week has gone by! School is going well for me, though it still is kind of tough. But I'm really having a lot of fun. In Language Arts, we read our papers to the class so everyone can do a response, and I got a lot of compliments. I also got a perfect score on my science test. We've started rehearsals for Charlie Brown, and I had forgotten how much fun my drama friends and I have. I love it, and I also love choir. We did have an ensemble for 'The Star Spangled Banner' which I was in, but it wasn't too small; it was about 22 people. Now we're going to start try-outs for honor's ensembles. First there is an all girls Christmas ensemble and a mixed one, and then after Christmas the girls ensemble adds a few more girls in and splits into two; lyrical and dramatic. Since I have voice lessons with my choir director, I already know I'm going to be in mixed and girls, and then dramatic. Dance is going well too right now. I really am enjoing tap! It's pretty awesome. Last night I had another sleepover with my friends. And, that's really about it!
Peace out.

Hey Holly! I am at home this weekend so I asked my parents to help me comment. Dad: He thinks that you being in drama is AWESOME. Mom: I would like to see you do a tap dance next time I see you. My favorite tap dance performance was Shirley Temple going up and down the steps with Mr. Bojangles in the Littlest Rebel. Kristin: Kristin is already asleep but since she got up at 6 am to work at the horse ranch we will give her a break. Me: Good to see that you are really pursuing your interest in drama and music. I love both although I was more involved in music than drama. My father always thought I would be a good actress because I am a tad bit over expressive. But what does he know? ;-) Hope you have a good week! <3 Kerry
