Egad, I haven't posted for a long time. Sorry about that! But anyway, happy Thanksgiving!! Mine was great, with Mimi and Boppa and Aunt Susan and Uncle Jack and Sophie. It was a nice, relaxing day. Mimi and Boppa got her last night, and we went to eat at Red Robin's. We're having a lot of fun.
School is going well. I've had a lot of projects and whatnot, so I was a little stressed out. But, I'm pulling through.
Call-backs for Ragtime went okay, but we (all the middle school students trying out) realized that there was a LOT of college and high school students trying out, so we didn't have a good chance of getting roles. The boy that played Charlie Brown and a girl who is also in the drama club and stuff at my school got the roles of the little boy and the little girl, and me and two boys got roles that have 1 or 2 lines in the first song only, but at least we got in! I'm playing Harry Houdini's mother. I think the play is going to be really fun.
And I almost forgot my birthday! I am now 14. Sweet. It was a Sunday, so in the morning we were doing church stuff, and then in the afternoon I just wanted to relax at home. I got a c.d. player, a Plain White T's c.d., the movie RENT, the movie Shreck 3 (it was actually pretty funny!), a new cell phone, and as last night, an iPod and iPod case (thanks Aunt Sally, Uncle Jody, and Marianne)! I'll probably have a party next week or the week after, but I don't know what I want to do and I'm too lazy to think about it. :P

Well, Mimi & Boppa were there so we can attest that it was a happy Thanksgiving. Turkey, Stuffing, Corn Casserole, Green Bean Casserole, Sweet Potato Casserole (oops, sorry, Yam Casserole) Texas Caviar, Olives, Celery, Beets, Cranberry Sauce (Thank you, Denny's!) Rolls and ,best of all---Pumpkin Bread Pudding!!!!!. It was quite a feast and we LOVED it. And, we LOVE HOLLY!!

AHHHH! It was your birthday?!?!?! Happy Birthday to you :-) Lets see when I was 14 I was causing havoc and mayhem so try not to follow in my footsteps ;-) I can't believe you got an ipod! They are so cool, mine is pretty much indispensable and I am pretty sure that the music is taking over my computer...literally! I have to get an external hard drive to keep it all, but then I am a music geek so yeah... Well have fun being 14! <3 Kerry (the awesome cousin!)
