Hey y'all! Happy Independence Day! I'm excited. Tonight we're having a bbq with my dad's good friend and then we're going to a really good firework show right here in town, and some of my friends are going too so I'll have people to hang out with.
Summer school's been good. But I do need to clarify that I am enjoying the actual classes themselves; I just don't like taking them for 2 and 1/2 hours each and during the summer (haha that's for you Aunt Sally). But really, I am. I like them a lot more than I thought I would actually, and during the year I wouldn't mind at all. I do admit I didn't think I would like government, but I've been learning a lot, and it is even interesting! That being said, I still can not WAIT for summer school to be over. When it is I get to look forward to seeing Miss Saigon at the muny (I am SOOO excited) and going to camp. But I've been good otherwise. I've been hanging out with my friends and chilling at home. It's nice. Ooh, and I made the cast of South Pacific as a nurse! This should be even better than Oliver because there won't be all the little kids; I'll actually probably be one of the youngest (besides the two kid roles). So I can't wait for that to start next week.

Congrats on making the cast! That's awesome!! I do understand about summer school - I had to take 5 daily hours of math for 2 summers in high school - blech! Have fun at Miss Saigon!
