Well, school has started which means Summer is over (though it's still burning up outside). I'm happy to say that I had a fabulous day. I have lots of friends in my classes, which is good, and all of my teachers seem pretty nice; also good. We already have a project in Social Studies. We have to make a collage about ourselves and give a presentation about us, and ourselves. Luckily I love making collages so actually I don't mind the project that much. It's pretty cool to be the top grade at the school, but it's a little frightening (in a good way) to think that High School is next year. All of our teachers talk about it; we start registering for High School in January! It's pretty crazy.
I had a meeting for choir today. We'll be starting in about a week and a half. This year instead of going to Six Flags for a competition, we're going to see 'Wicked' at the Fox Theater. I'm so excited about that! The tickets are $60, but who cares; it's worth it!
I have a feeling this will be a great year.
(By the way, since school has started, I'll probably post only on Saturdays, to kind of give you an update of the whole week. If I do as many things as I did as camp, you'll have a lot of reading to do!!)

Wow! This year you're a middle school "senior" and next year you'll be a lowly high school freshman. My. how the mighty will have fallen. I know that in both cases you'll continue to be an outstanding girl.
Boppa and Mimi miss you but we'll see you at Thanksgiving.
Love, the Boppster
Holly forgot to tell you about the wonderful clothes she bought for school with the money she has been saving. She really is good at picking out clothes and putting together outfits. She looked fabulous all this week!
Love, Mom
Hey Holly! I am writing you this note during my business class entitled: Organizations and Global Competitiveness. How fun does that sound? zzzzzzz Anywho this is my first day of classes and so far it has been a good day. However, I have a class at 8:30 which is really early for a college student and I like my sleep! Oh well, I guess I should probably pay attention now so that I can actually learn something. Hope to see you soon! Love ya!
Your best cousin ever, Kerry ;-)
Hey Holly!
We are sooooo happy that you are going to get to see "Wicked" this year. I know you know the music, and have seen bootleg bits and pieces, but there is nothing like seeing the whole show live. You are going to LOVE it. Marianne is going to be Elphaba for halloween this year; that is how much she loved it.
Have a great week!
Aunt Sally
