It's... HOLLY!

Okay, time for some news! School is going well, all my classes are a little bit harder this year but I'm managing and adapting. I tried out for 'You're a Good Man Charlie Brown', for the part of Lucy, last Tuesday. I nailed my audition... but since Mrs. Miller has all these really talented, short 7th graders (and short 8th graders for that matter) she wanted a short cast. I'm still in the play of course, as an ensemble member, so I'm not too distressed. That's just the way it goes! I restarted voice lessons and dance. I'm taking jazz again this year, but now I'm also taking a tap class, which I'm really excited about. Dance is on Thursday, and so is voice. Also this year I'm going to start C2BC which is Cool to be Christian. It's just for kids to come hang out and be able to talk about anything, and they also do community service. So I think that's gonna be pretty cool. Choir started this week, but so far all we've worked on is 'The Star Spangled Banner' because we're singing it next week. But Mrs. Miller might just take a small ensemble to sing it, so I'll audition for that if she does. Last night I had a sleepover with my friends. We had a lot of fun. And I guess that that's about it!
